1. Understand client needs (listed companies and top-10 players in their industries), master search criteria, and define search directions and target companies;
2. Search for candidates through various channels in line with company standards; assist consultants in screening and recommending candidates; coordinate client interviews, background checks, salary negotiation and onboarding support;
3. Track candidates before, during and after onboarding, and provide career development advice;
4. Maintain good relationships with clients and candidates, monitor market trends, identify and develop business opportunities;
5. Update the database in a timely manner and complete other tasks assigned by the line manager;
6. Assist with offer negotiation, signing and background checks.
1. Base salary + commission.
1. Age 25-45, full-time bachelor's degree or above (veterans are also welcome; a college diploma is acceptable);
2. HR, sales or consulting experience preferred, with strong communication, expression and logical thinking skills;
3. A firm commitment to long-term development in the headhunting industry, willing to grow together with our business unit;
4. Strong resilience, adaptability, communication and learning ability, an outgoing personality and a clear career plan.
